Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, ITR filing, and GST. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Chartered Accountant (CA) firms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ITR Filing: Handle and prepare Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses as per the latest tax laws and regulations.

2. GST Compliance: Ensure GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) are completed accurately and timely. Keep up-to-date with changes in GST rules and regulations.

3. Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.

4. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account) in accordance with accounting standards.

5. Tax Computation: Calculate tax liabilities, file returns, and ensure tax compliance for clients.

6. Reconciliation:



Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

7. Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits by external auditors.

8. Filing and Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of financial records and filings for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Hands-on experience with Income Tax Returns (ITR) filing and GST filings.

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Familiarity with accounting software and tools (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

- Knowledge of statutory compliance and tax laws.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred:

- Experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.

- Experience in handling both individual and corporate accounts.
