- Supervise day-to-day shift operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
- Manage manpower, machine operations, and workflow during assigned shifts.
- Monitor production activities to achieve shift-wise targets efficiently.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and stores departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery, materials, and workforce resources.
- Maintain shift reports, production records,



and operational documentation.
- Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and company procedures.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of shop floor staff.
- Support process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
- Candidates with manufacturing or steel industry shift handling experience preferred.
