Purpose:

Support the development, launch, and lifecycle management of passive
investment products including ETFs, index funds, and factor strategies.
The role will focus on execution, analytics, and cross-functional
coordination to build a scalable passive product platform.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Product Development & Launch Execution
 Support end-to-end launch of passive products:
 Product notes and feasibility analysis
 Benchmark and index evaluation
 Expense modeling and positioning
 Regulatory documentation (SID/KIM, filings)
 Coordinate with internal teams (investments, compliance,
ops, legal).

2. Sales & Marketing Enablement
 Create product notes, FAQs, and training material for distribution teams.
 Support sales with data, competitor comparisons, and insights.
 Work with marketing on passive education content.
3. Analytics & Monitoring
 Track key passive metrics
 Tracking error and tracking difference
 Portfolio replication efficiency
 Cash drag and rebalancing impact
 Monitor ETF liquidity, spreads, and volumes.




 Work with market makers and exchanges to improve secondary market efficiency.
4. . Product Research
 Conduct market research on:
 Support development of recent product ideas and white spaces.
 Prepare periodic product reviews:
 AUM trends
 Performance vs peers
 Profitability metrics
 Support product repositioning or rationalization decisions.

5. Regulatory & Documentation
 Assist in preparing regulatory filings and disclosures.
 Maintain product documentation and internal notes.
 Track regulatory developments in passive investing.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

 Strong understanding of passive investing concepts:
o Index methodologies
o Tracking error drivers
o ETF structure and liquidity
 Strong analytical and Excel skills.
 Attention to detail and execution rigor.
 Ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Industry Experience

 Min 5 years in asset management, ETFs, passive funds, or product roles.
 Experience with ETFs, index funds, or quant products preferred.
