We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues
- Handle OS installation, software setup, and hardware troubleshooting
- Manage Office 365 (Outlook configuration, backup & restore)
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues
- Support Active Directory & user access management
- Work on ticketing tools (ManageEngine / Zoho)
- Assist in CCTV and IT infrastructure support
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS, Networking (TCP/IP), and Hardware
- Valuable communication skills
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Engineering or relevant field
