Job Location

Perungalathur, Chennai

Shift

Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) (Shift timings may vary based on business requirements.)

Transportation

- Free cab facility available within a 25 km radius of the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally over voice calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Transparent pronunciation and fluent spoken English.
- Positive listening and comprehension skills.




- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with strong English communication are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, or Call Center will have an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customers confidently.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
