Designation – Assistant Manager - Learning Operations & Analytics

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical and execution-focused L&D; skilled to manage learning operations, talent development initiatives, learning analytics, and project coordination. The role requires strong expertise in excel, creating dashboards, stakeholder coordination, LMS management, and program execution.

Responsibilities:-

Learning & Talent Management Operations

- Manage end-to-end execution of learning and talent development programs.
- Track nominations, attendance, completions, and learner records.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, learners, facilitators, and vendors.
- Maintain and share goal completion and appraisal status reports with stakeholders.
- Manage learner communications, invitations, reminders, and completion follow-ups.

Learning Analytics & Reporting

- Build and maintain L&D; dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze participation, completion, effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
- Generate leadership reports and provide actionable insights.

LMS Coordination





- Partner with LMS teams for course deployment, enrollments, assessments, and reporting.
- Ensure learning data accuracy and resolve learner queries.

Preferred Profile

- 6–8 years of experience in Learning Operations, Talent Management, or Learning Analytics.
- Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and MIS reports.
- Experience managing large-scale learning programs in BPO/KPO/ITES environments.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive learning initiatives effectively.
