Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant with experience in the US IT Staffing industry to manage consultant payroll, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with W2 payroll, C2C vendor payments, consultant timesheets, and US staffing accounting processes . Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and US payroll regulations is preferred. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work during US business hours .
Required Skills:
2+ years of US IT Staffing accounting experience
W2 Payroll & C2C Vendor Payment processing
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Client Invoicing & Payroll Reconciliation
QuickBooks and Advanced Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
