Job Title: Projects Head (AVP/VP Grade) – Sustainability & Environmental Infrastructure

Hyderabad (Requires extensive travel across project operations)

About the Role: Client is a leading organization in the environmental solutions sector seeking a highly accomplished techno-commercial leader to join them as Projects Head. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, delivery, commissioning, and operational integration of large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects. This pivotal role oversees an annual portfolio exceeding ₹1,000 Crores in CAPEX and OPEX projects across multiple business verticals. You will drive the successful execution of 20+ concurrent projects across 20+ locations, spanning Waste Management, Waste-to-Energy (WTE), Collection & Transportation (C&T;), Processing & Disposal (P&D;), Compressed Bio Gas (CBG), Recycling, and Utilities.

End-to-End Project Lifecycle:



Manage everything from conceptualization, engineering, and procurement to construction, commissioning, stabilization, and operational handover.

Oversee Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical execution activities, including plant infrastructure, utility systems, equipment installation, and automation systems.

Specialized Infrastructure Implementation: Lead the setup of Waste-to-Energy (WTE) systems (such as RDF plants and thermal treatment systems), Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) projects (anaerobic digestion plants and gas purification), and Processing & Disposal (P&D;) infrastructure (MRF facilities, landfills, and composting units).
