Key Responsibilities

:Support the Managing Director in evaluating business performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities

.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking

.Develop business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews

~ .Project Management

:Lead and coordinate strategic projects from concept to execution

.Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions

.Ensure timely execution of key organizational initiatives

~ .Executive Support

:Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries

.Compile business reports to enable faster and informed decision-making





.Follow up with business leaders on action items and strategic priorities

~ .Cross Functional Coordination

:Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments

.Drive seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders

.Facilitate alignment on strategic business initiatives

~ .Business Improvement

:Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization

.Recommend practical solutions backed by data and business insights

.Support implementation of organizational transformation initiatives

:Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion

.Independently manage critical assignments requiring analytical thinking and sound judgment

.Represent the MD Cell in cross-functional discussions whenever required
