Position Title: Project Manager Unit: Project Management (CDMO Biologics)
Supervisor: Head - Project Management
Job Summary
To coordinate and monitor project execution of CDMO-Biologics projects, enabling the cross-functional team in delivering the projects within scope, cost, and timelines. The role focuses on managing multiple projects with internal and external development and manufacturing partners, driving timelines, cost, and scope, and coordinating communication between internal team members and customers to meet expectations within the awarded scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Create project plans, schedules, budgets, and change & risk registers.
Monitor progress and manage risks/issues.
Handle scope changes and stakeholder alignment.
Conduct meetings and share reports/status updates.
Ensure invoicing against deliverables and customer follow-up (if needed) for payments.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience: B.Tech / M.Sc in Biotechnology courses with 10-14 years of experience, with at least 6 years in PM or Project roles. Must have project management certification or education from premier agencies/institutes (equivalent to PMP from PMI-USA).
Knowledge: Valuable knowledge and past experience in Project Management of drug development (mAbs, Recombinant Proteins, Formulation) and Tech
