Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for the Assistant Manager - Operations & Contracting (MICE). The role involves end-to-end management of MICE operations, managing vendor contracts and relationships, coordinating with clients to ensure seamless execution of events, and overseeing logistics, budgets, and event timelines. The role will also include analyzing client needs,



preparing proposals, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in event operations, vendor management, and contracting
- Strong project management and planning skills to oversee event timelines and budgets
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for managing vendors and client relations
- Detail-oriented with experience in problem-solving and ensuring service excellence
- Proficiency in using tools to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace
- Experience in the MICE or event management industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
