The Head of Operations (Including Finance) will be responsible for overall business operations, financial strategy, delivery governance, profitability management, resource optimization, compliance, and organizational scalability. The role demands a robust blend of strategic leadership, financial acumen, operational governance, business planning, commercial decision-making, and team leadership. The incumbent will work closely with leadership teams to ensure sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals.

Strategic Leadership

Support expansion into new markets, clients, and business opportunities

Operations Management

Oversee execution and delivery of multiple concurrent projects

Ensure projects are delivered within:
- Scope
- Timelines
- Budget
- Quality standards

Establish project governance and review mechanisms





Monitor project profitability and utilization metrics

Resource & Capacity Planning

Drive workforce planning and resource allocation

Optimize employee productivity and utilization

Ensure effective coordination across delivery, technology, HR, finance, and support teams

Process Excellence

Establish SOPs, operational controls, and business processes

Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery bottlenecks

Implement KPI-driven performance culture

Drive automation and digital operational practices

Financial Planning & Governance

Develop revenue, cost, and profitability models

Drive financial discipline across functions

Analyze project-level profitability and cost optimization

Support pricing and commercial decision-making
