Key Responsibilities
~10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
~5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or ServiceNow engagements.
~ Proven experience leading medium-to-large ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagements.
~ Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.
~ Robust understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management.
~ Good Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery
~ PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
~ ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
~ ServiceNow CSA certification desirable.
~ ServiceNow CIS certifications are an added advantage.
