Verticurl is looking to hire a Client Services Manager to join our Client Servicing team in India. This is a hybrid role, combining account management responsibilities with hands-on consulting support. The individual will act as a subject matter resource on B2B and B2C marketing engagements, supporting proposals, pre-sales activity, and delivery on existing client accounts.
This role suits a smart, hands-on qualified who is comfortable moving between strategic client conversations and detailed proposal or delivery work, without requiring a large supporting team.

Client Servicing and Account Management
Support day-to-day account management for a portfolio of client engagements across B2B and B2C sectors.
Track project status, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are met.
Support in preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews, sharing marketing insight and platform performance.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, partners, and internal cross-functional teams (Ogilvy, VML, GroupM, and other WPP entities).

Pre-Sales and Proposal Support
Support pitch presentations and proposal preparation, particularly on non-technical and commercial narrative sections.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (Technology, Creative, Data) to consolidate proposal content into client-ready output.




Support contract and Statement of Work coordination as required.

Consulting and Advisory
Serve as a subject matter resource on B2B and B2C marketing best practices, including CRM, CDP, and marketing automation fundamentals.
Help identify relevant marketing KPIs for clients and highlight areas of improvement.
Support the development of client success plans outlining critical success factors and recommendations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
~5+ years of relevant experience.
~ Prior exposure to data-driven marketing in an agency environment or client-side role of similar scope.

Industry Exposure - MarTech / AdTech space, with B2B and B2C engagement experience
Platform Familiarity - Exposure to CRM, CDP, marketing automation, commerce, or web analytics tools
Reporting - Strong Excel and BI reporting skills
Communication - Strong verbal and written English communication
Able to independently draft proposal content and account update documentation with minimal supervision.
Comfortable operating in a hybrid role that blends account coordination with light consulting deliverables.
Growth mindset, with interest in developing into a broader consulting or client leadership role over time.
