We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head from the Real Estate industry the ideal candidate should have strong expertise in real estate project launches, digital and offline marketing, and strategic campaign execution. Should be able to independently execute real estate project launches and channel partner (CP) meets. Familiarity with marketing dashboards and reporting tools preferred.

Roles & Responsibility

- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for real estate projects.
- Lead and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Drive brand positioning, visibility, and lead generation initiatives.
- Plan and execute project launch campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage digital marketing, performance marketing, media planning and offline branding.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on market insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Oversee on-ground marketing activities including site branding, outdoor media execution,



and event setups to ensure strong project visibility and brand presence.
- Ensure timely follow-up of marketing activities to support overall project sales performance.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and increased site visits and closures.
- Experience with CRM/lead management systems and campaign dashboards will be preferred.
- Prepare periodic marketing MIS, campaign performance reports, and budget utilization updates for management review.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Skills

- Strong experience in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
