Duties and Responsibilities
? Identifying probable prospect data sources
? Building a robust process of acquiring, validating, uploading and managing prospect data
? Be contact point for rural prospect term loan business.
? Analyse and enrich data – metric driven approach
? Closely work with Call Centre team on campaigns
? Coordinate with Analytics & Risk and continuously review processes and business sourcing
? Reengineer and design optimal processes to maximise productivity at field level
? Create and present various presentations for launch of recent ideas (process / product / channel)
? Drive business as per target and track metrics closely
? Field Visits




? Interact with various stakeholders for driving business IT/BIU/COE/Risk
Required Qualifications and Experience
? Graduate with 8-12 years / Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in Sales/product development.
? Understanding of entire product development process – from gap analysis to product launch and post launch evaluation.
? Sound understanding of excel and power point
? Data Analysis – Large data management, SQL
