Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry to manage finance, costing, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and overall accounting operations. The candidate should have strong exposure to plant accounting, inventory control, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete finance & accounting operations of the manufacturing unit
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial analysis to management
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
- Control accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes
- Ensure proper implementation of internal controls and accounting procedures
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making




- Handle banking activities, loan documentation, and financial negotiations

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory management
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance matters
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or ERP software
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Additional certification in finance/accounting will be an added advantage

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Must have experience in the Manufacturing industry

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Exposure to plant finance and factory accounting
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance independently
- Solid costing and commercial understanding
- Leadership experience in managing finance teams
