Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To drive the Bancassurance HDFC Bank (Emerging Markert) business in Digital Office locations for Health,

Motor and other business

• To monitor and drive below verticals of HDFC Bank B1-Home Loan , B2-Auto Loan, B4-Branch Banking

• PL/BL/GL/BBG/EEG/Payments

• Drive the key Bancassurance matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations

• Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix

• Handle a team of Sales Managers

• Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans

• Driving renewals as per target

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

• Graduate with computer skills
