Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, billing processes, and financial record management. Candidates with experience in modular kitchen industry or manufacturing billing/accounts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
* Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, debit/credit notes
* Handle billing related to modular kitchen / manufacturing orders
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and customer/vendor accounts
* Assist in GST, TDS, E-way bill, and tax documentation
* Track purchase orders, stock invoices, and supplier payments
* Support monthly and yearly closing activities
* Prepare MIS reports and basic financial statements
* Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams
* Maintain filing and documentation of accounts records
* Assist during internal/external audits





Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience in accounting or billing
* Experience in modular kitchen industry or manufacturing company billing/accounts preferred

Required Skills

* Knowledge of accounting principles
* Experience in billing, invoicing, GST, purchase & sales entries
* Proficiency in Tally, Busy, ERP software, MS Excel
* Positive communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Time management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Familiar with BOQ, vendor billing, production billing, dispatch invoices
* Able to coordinate with sales and factory teams
