Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Establish plant quality objectives and monitor performance through KPIs.

Production Quality Control
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Ensure quality standards for machining, fabrication, assembly, welding, and mechanical components.
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality staff.
- Conduct training programs on quality systems, inspection methods, and process control.
- Build a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Implement statistical process control (SPC)



and quality improvement tools.

Supplier Quality
- Manage supplier quality audits and vendor development.
- Approve and evaluate suppliers based on quality performance.
- Ensure incoming material quality standards are maintained.

Customer & Audit Management
- Coordinate customer audits and certification audits.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Interface with customers for quality-related issues and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing quality.
- Industry preference: Manufacturing
