Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.

- Configure and manage endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud, including policy/rule configuration and troubleshooting

- Monitor network and endpoint security posture, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.

- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and backups.

- Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

- Handle ITSM activities including incident, access, change, and asset management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Cashfree for operational support and maintenance.

- Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and operational procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking,



or System Administration.

- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise networking technologies.

- Working knowledge of endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).

- Experience with Active Directory (AD) administration, ITSM processes, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

- Exposure to automation/scripting (Python, Ansible).

- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).

- Knowledge of SD-WAN, cloud networking, or SASE technologies.
