Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and control day-to-day production operations.

- Ensure production targets are met as per plan.

- Manage manpower allocation and shift planning.

- Monitor machine performance, output, downtime, and wastage.

- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.

- Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.

- Enforce safety rules, discipline, and housekeeping on the shop floor.

- Train operators and workers on proper work methods and safety practices.

- Coordinate with QA, stores, and planning teams for smooth workflow.

- Identify and implement productivity and process improvement initiatives.





Educational Qualification:

- Diploma in paint / ITI / B.sc

Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Valuable understanding of production processes

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

- Ability to work in shifts

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Knowledge in container printing machine

- Knowledge in filling machine.
