Job Description:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage all corporate legal affairs, including contracts, compliance, and documentation related to real estate projects.
- Provide legal advice on business transactions, joint ventures, risk management, and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with external legal agencies, statutory bodies, municipal authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with real estate laws, property regulations, land-use norms, and corporate governance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or real estate legal advisory role (preferably in real estate, construction, or project development).
- Solid understanding of corporate law, property law, compliance procedures, and contract drafting.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
