We are looking for energetic and responsible candidates for the position of Trainee Supervisor at our Sarigam location. The candidate will assist in supervising daily production/operations activities, maintain discipline on the shop floor, and support the senior supervisory team in achieving production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling day-to-day shop floor operations
- Monitor manpower and production activities
- Ensure proper discipline and safety compliance in the work area
- Coordinate with production and quality departments
- Maintain daily production and shift records
- Support senior supervisors in achieving production targets
- Report operational issues to management on time
- Ensure proper material handling.
