Job Description:

Product Strategy and Development:

- Develop and execute the SME product roadmap to meet business goals and market demands.

- Design cutting-edge SME products, including working capital, term loans, and trade finance solutions.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitor the performance of SME products and implement strategies for growth and profitability.

- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness in pricing, features, and services.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the SME Business team, credit, risk, compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

- Engage with sales and distribution channels to drive product penetration and utilisation.

Regulatory Compliance:





- Ensure all SME products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for periodic reviews and updates.

Customer-Centric Innovation:

- Identify customer needs and gaps in the market to introduce tailored solutions.

- Enhance customer experience through digital transformation and process improvement.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts to achieve departmental goals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
