- Lead a group of quality control personnel to meet NCI objectives. • Monitor quality control process to ensure the effectiveness of the inspection. • Able to articulate right sample size and AQL to the intended suppliers • Perform periodical process audit to ensure the relevant parties meet the standard. • Suggesting improvements as per quantitative evaluation. • Preparing and executing quality improvement plan • Engage with Group Development Department to ensure standards is been respected • Draft Quality plan prior to pre-production • Create a database to capture the supplier quality performance • To educate the prospective suppliers to meet NIRO requirement
