Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Design Conceptualization: Develop creative design concepts for interior spaces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and client requirements related to furniture.

- Space Planning: Create efficient and well-organized space plans that optimize spatial utilization and flow.

- Material and Finish Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors for Furniture to enhance design concepts.

- Product Selection: Assist clients in selecting the right furniture products that align with their design preferences and functional needs.

- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and objectives, and present design and product proposals.

- Technical Drawings: Generate detailed technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for construction and installation.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and engineers, for seamless project execution.

- Budget Alignment: Ensure design concepts and product selections align with project budgets and constraints.

- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, address design-related issues, and ensure quality control.

- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design plans, product information, contracts, and correspondence.

- Client Presentations: Present design concepts, product options, and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback and suggestions.

- Design Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and creative design approaches.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure design quality, attention to detail, and alignment with the company's design standards.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in architectural or interior design projects, preferably within the furniture or related industry. Experience of at least 5 years.

- Design Creativity: Solid creative flair and the ability to translate concepts into innovative design solutions.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Client-Centric: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions, presentations, and product recommendations.

- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.

- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and addressing design-related challenges.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design plans, product selections, documentation, and project oversight.
