Digital Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation to lead high-impact email and SMS campaigns that drive candidate engagement, grow our pipeline, and support business-critical outreach. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic thinking with tactical execution across both B2C and B2B recruitment marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate, build, and optimize datamining email and SMS workflows to support recruitment efforts and outreach
- Primary point-of-contact/subject matter expert on marketing automation tools, specifically, Hubspot and TextUs
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact during labor disruptions and strikes, executing rapid-response campaigns with accuracy and urgency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Product, Recruiting, Client Delivery, and Business Development teams to align messaging and drive results
- Partner with IT to implement and test API calls, marketing automations, and data-driven workflows
- Design and launch landing pages, forms, and gated content to improve conversion and lead generation
- Manage external tools and vendors including HubSpot and TextUs
- Write effective copy, create visuals in Canva, and report on performance metrics including open rates, CTR, delivery rates, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and list segmentation to improve targeting, personalization,



and performance

What You Bring

- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- Advanced HubSpot and email management/execution expertise is required, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Canva for quick-turn content or email visuals
- Solid understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and 10DLC compliance
- Experience with both email and SMS marketing channels, including strategy, copy, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to operate independently, think critically, and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with TextUs or similar SMS tools
- Healthcare staffing or workforce solutions industry experience
- Prior involvement in rapid-response or high-stakes campaign environments
