Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive (Payroll) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll processing for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and IB guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records
- Process monthly payroll, including salary payments, bonuses, and reimbursements
- Manage payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations




- Develop and implement payroll-related policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in payroll management (preferably in an international school setting)
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an IB school environment
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPM, FPC)
- Knowledge of multiple languages
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, ManageBac)
