Job Purpose • To monitor and audit the compliance within the companys‘s established internal controls and applicable law & regulations Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: o Correspondence with regulator o NHB inspection management o Conduct compliance testing on quaterly basis o Review of new circulars & rollout advisory o Presentation to audit committee of compliance status o Review of internal policies with regard to compliance with regulations
o Coordinate for ADF reporting o Coordinate for training to senior management and key compliance SPOC about current compliance regulations o Coordinate with central compliance team and align group practises o Prepare the quarterly compliance certificate. o Map statutory laws in Legatrix, the online Legal Compliance checklist designed for Tata group companies o Assist during NHB Inspection and submit the replies to NHB and follow up on actionables as required. o Understanding & knowledge of
