- Understanding of the QA process for software development, debugging, and release.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for desktop applications and APIs.
- Evaluate product functionality, usability, performance, security, and compatibility.
- Report and document technical issues, bugs, and test results
- Troubleshoot and debug software problems and help in end-user issue replication.
- Work with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Quality Assurance experience and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering,



or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience as a senior QA engineer
- Experience in testing desktop applications and APIs using tools such as Swagger, Postman, SoapUI, etc.
- Knowledge on Automation testing.
- Experience in working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and QA methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Good English communication.
- Robust active listening skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
