In the textile industry, a Dispatch Executive is the bridge between the production floor and the customer. They are responsible for ensuring that finished fabrics or garments are packed correctly, documented accurately, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Coordination: Tracking the readiness of finished goods (dyed, printed, or embroidered fabrics) and matching them against pending sales orders.
- Documentation: Generating essential paperwork, including Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, and E-Way Bills. For exports, they also handle packing lists and shipping instructions.
- Logistics Management:
Coordinating with local transport agencies to book trucks or tempos. Negotiating freight rates and ensuring drivers follow the correct delivery routes.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintaining daily records of "Inward" (received from mills/job workers) and "Outward" (sent to customers) stock using ERP software or Excel.
- Quality & Packing Check: Ensuring the fabric is packed according to buyer standards and checking for visible damages before the bale is sealed.
- Reporting: Preparing daily MIS reports on total dispatches, pending orders, and transport costs for the management.
