Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business needs

- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements

- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and employee records

- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems

- Support goal setting, KPIs, and employee development plans

- Address performance concerns and provide solutions

4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

- Promote a positive, inclusive,



and high-performance culture

5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs

- Support leadership development and succession planning

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

- 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior executive role

- Robust knowledge of HR practices and labour laws

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
