Urgent Hiring – CSR Deputy Manager

(Corporate Social Responsibility – Steel & Cement Industry)

Industry: Steel & Cement Experience: 6 – 12 Years Salary: ₹6 – 9 LPA Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with company vision and statutory requirements.

- Plan and execute projects in Health, Education, Livelihood, Setting, and Community Development.

- Collaborate with NGOs, government departments, and local communities to maximize social impact.

- Monitor & evaluate CSR initiatives, prepare impact reports, and share with management.

- Prepare and manage CSR budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization.

- Drive CSR initiatives related to Steel & Cement sector communities (Skill development, Women empowerment, Rural upliftment, Health camps, Environment projects).

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 (CSR Rules).

- Lead and guide CSR field teams for effective project implementation.
