Job Description: Job Profile:
Will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization (including Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D; and Finance) to enhance the master data process, governance and quality. Collaboration is key! This position improves processes and governance to ensure data integrity, data standards, and change management. Continuous and proactive improvement is key! Will be responsible for the integrity of master data, the continuous improvement of master data quality, and activities related to business change projects. Additionally, May lead key business improvement initiatives. Will have a highly collaborative approach in master data activities and an ability to think outside the box. Ability to assimilate a variety of responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Material creation, modification, Plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules

- Validate and Process the change requests via MDG

- First-level Global & local approver for material master change requests in MDG.

- Mass creations, changes, and Creation of B.O.M in SAP S/4 HANA.

- Hands-on knowledge of Material master data views.

- They were interacting & resolving the end user’s change requests in the Process Director tool within the defined SLA.

- I am resolving the MDG errors for business users by providing satisfactory solutions.

- Support Data Management projects including, but not limited to,



mass updates and data consistency checks on item master data when needed

- Coordinate with IT to implement process changes when needed

- Coordinate with Marketing, SCM, R&D;, and Warehouse personnel to resolve misunderstandings and correct

Requirements:

1. Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
2. Experience in Supply Chain
3. Experience or Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Material Master (Material creation, modification, Plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules.
4. Possess a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise business communications
6. Ability to work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/guidance from manager
7. Software knowledge: MS Office programs require with a high level of expertise in Excel

Competencies

- Good communication skill in oral and written English
- Working knowledge in ERP SAP S4 Hana & JD Edwards
- Good PC skills, strong at Excel and PowerPoint
