We are looking for a proactive, research-oriented, and highly driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential B2B prospects to support our sales pipeline and business growth initiatives.
You will work closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic prospecting and outreach efforts.
Research and identify potential B2B prospects aligned with The Guild's products and services
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through online research, databases, professional networks, and digital channels
Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other relevant platforms
Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the Sales team
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders cto support lead generation and business development initiatives
2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, outbound prospecting, or business development
~ Tele sales and tele outbound prospecting is essential
~ Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
