Role Description The telecaller role at Vantage Systems Inc. is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about products and services, and support sales and customer service activities. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects,



explaining unified communication and AV solutions, updating call records in the system, and scheduling follow-ups or meetings for the sales team.
