Little Big World is looking for a senior, values‑driven leader to anchor operations across a large, multi‑state network of preschool and daycare centres. This role leads through Regional & Cluster Heads and ensures that every centre reflects our core values of Transparency, Integrity, Perseverance, Excellence, Respect and Care.

What You Will Lead

Upholding values and culture across all centres

Ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene, nutrition, learning & parent experience

Strengthening SOPs, audits, training systems and operational discipline

Driving enrolments through corporate partnerships, roadshows & community visibility

What You Bring
