Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B; Stewards to join its Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and service areas.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle guest requests and communicate them to the concerned department.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in banquet and event service operations when required.
Support senior service staff and supervisors in daily operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
~ Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
~0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, Restaurant Service, or Hospitality.
~ Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
~ Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
~ Ability to work in rotational shifts.
