Little Big World is looking for a senior, values‑driven leader to anchor operations across a large, multi‑state network of preschool and daycare centres. This role leads through Regional & Cluster Heads and ensures that every centre reflects our core values of Transparency, Integrity, Perseverance, Excellence, Respect and Care.
What You Will Lead
- Upholding values and culture across all centres
- Ensuring high standards of safety, hygiene, nutrition, learning & parent experience
- Strengthening SOPs, audits, training systems and operational discipline
- Driving enrolments through corporate partnerships, roadshows & community visibility
- Recruiting,



developing and coaching Regional/Cluster/Centre Heads
- Reducing founder dependence by building a strong, accountable second line

What You Bring
- 10–15+ years in a senior leadership role in high‑touch, high‑discipline industries
- Ability to lead large teams with calmness, clarity and consistency
- Robust operational judgement and people‑first leadership
- Master’s degree and solid functional computer skills
