Job Title: Senior BIM Modeler (MEP)

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Revit MEP, with robust expertise in Drainage systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shop drawings, BIM modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination in a senior role.
- Experience on international projects is preferred.

Education

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

Additional Requirement

- Portfolio showcasing relevant Drainage shop drawing experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit MEP, with a focus on Drainage systems.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and timely project delivery.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and mentor junior modelers when required.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Strong knowledge of Drainage systems and MEP coordination.
- Experience in BIM workflows, shop drawings, and clash resolution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
