Job Title: General Manager – Contract Logistics Operations

Job Purpose:

Lead and oversee end-to-end Contract Logistics Operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, compliance, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
- Manage P&L;, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
- Build solid customer relationships and handle key escalations.
- Lead contract implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor high-performing operations teams.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Finance, HR, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Management.
- 15–20 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
