Job Summary
We are looking for a senior and experienced Ayurveda Doctor with a bold, confident personality who can lead clinical practices, manage a team, treat patients effectively, and build trust through digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wellness resorts or integrative healthcare setups , along with deep knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma, and lifestyle disease management , and the ability to represent the brand through Instagram and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients using classical Ayurvedic principles
Design and supervise personalized treatment plans including medication, diet, lifestyle, and therapies
Ensure smooth execution of Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic therapies
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
Handle complex and chronic lifestyle disorders
Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction
Team Handling & Leadership
Manage and supervise a team of therapists and junior doctors
Train and guide therapy staff on treatment protocols and quality standards
Ensure discipline, coordination, and efficiency within the team
Work closely with operations and other departments in a wellness resort environment
Digital & Brand Responsibilities
Create and contribute to Instagram content (reels, videos, posts)




Confidently speak on camera to educate patients about diseases and treatments
Support brand visibility and patient engagement through digital presence
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content strategy

Required Qualifications
BAMS degree from a recognized university
Valid medical registration
Minimum 4 to 5 years of clinical experience
Prior experience in wellness resort / holistic retreat / hospital setup

Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, formulations, and therapies
Hands-on experience in Panchakarma and wellness therapies
Experience in managing lifestyle and chronic diseases
Proven ability to handle and lead teams
Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
Bold, confident, and camera-friendly personality

Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Prior experience in luxury wellness resorts
Exposure to integrative or holistic healing practices
Experience in digital content creation / social media presence
