Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience, and presenting Zinque's products with care and professionalism. Additional tasks may include maintaining customer relationships, Maintain customer records & follow-ups and addressing feedback effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
Proficiency in Customer Service Management and handling customer inquiries
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenging situations
Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
