About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between ideas and execution. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and driving creative direction across digital and on-ground experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative campaign ideas across digital, social, and experiential platforms
- Translate brand objectives into clear, engaging creative strategies
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, insight-driven concepts
- Build pitch decks, campaign narratives, and presentations for clients
- Analyze trends, audience behavior,



and cultural insights to inform strategies
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
- Work closely with clients/internal stakeholders to refine briefs and deliverables

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, ideas, or strategic thinking
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and consumer behavior
- Experience in agencies, media, or brand-side roles preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with event marketing / experiential campaigns
- Familiarity with content production (video, social, etc.)
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and metrics
