Harrier Information Systems is looking for a "Manager-Strategic Communication"

Job Location: Mumbai/Nagpur (Hybrid/Remote)

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Work Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) – Fixed Shift

Job Summary: The ideal candidate is a consulting professional with experience supporting executive leadership on strategic initiatives. They excel at transforming complex business concepts into compelling executive presentations, coordinating multiple workstreams, and driving explicit communication across stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, they possess strong business judgment and are open to working in an offshore engagement model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create high-quality executive presentations, board materials, and strategic reports for senior leadership.
- Synthesize complex business information into clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, track action items, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct business research, market analysis, and data gathering to support strategic decision-making.




- Collaborate with executives to refine messaging and communicate key business priorities effectively.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

Qualifications, Skills:

- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or executive communications.
- Prior experience at a leading global consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, or equivalent).
- Proven experience developing executive-level presentations and communication materials for senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to structure and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
