We are seeking a highly motivated Research & Development Scientist to support the research and development of CAR-T Cell therapies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with primary immune cell culture, CAR-T cell generation, molecular biology techniques, functional assays, and analytical method development.



The candidate will contribute to developing novel CAR-T products from early discovery through preclinical development.

Design and execute experiments related to CAR-T cell development.
Conduct viral transduction (Lentivirus/Retrovirus) for CAR expression.
Perform analytical method development and qualification for CAR-T characterization.
PCR, qPCR / RT-qPCR / ddPCR (preferred)
Perform flow cytometry-based immunophenotyping and CAR expression analysis.
Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
Prepare SOPs, study protocols and scientific documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Analytical Development and Manufacturing.
