Designation: Senior Manager - Internal Audit Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

Plan and execute internal audit projects based on a risk-based approach.

Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures and

Identify potential areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.

Assess compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations and Evaluate financial and operational data for accuracy and reliability.

Identify and analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and Develop risk assessment methodologies and conduct risk assessments and develop strategies tomitigate identified risks.

Prepare explicit and concise audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and actionplans, present audit results to management and key stakeholders and Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies and work with management to implement recommended changes.





Investigate and report on suspected cases of fraud, losses and develop and implement fraud detection and prevention procedures.

Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented effectively

Are you who we're searching for

Professional certification such as CA, CISA is required. At least 4+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.

People with Attention to detail & deep knowledge, Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.

Data driven and individuals with a high level of ownership and Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
