Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures

(WBS).

Establish project milestones and resource requirements.

Prepare execution strategies and implementation plans.

2. Scope Management

Ensure project requirements are clearly understood and documented.

Control scope changes through proper review and approval processes.

Prevent scope creep and maintain alignment with contractual commitments.

3. Schedule Management





Create and maintain project schedules and trackers.

Monitor progress against planned milestones.

Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of activities.

Identify schedule delays and implement recovery plans.

4. Resource Coordination

Allocate manpower, tools, materials, and infrastructure for project execution.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and

quality teams.
