Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai

MGM Cancer Institute is looking for a passionate and patient-focused International Patient Coordinator to join our team and support international patients throughout their healthcare journey.

* Position: International Patient Coordinator

* Experience: 3–10 Years (Healthcare experience preferred)

* Qualification: Any UG / PG

(Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration will be an added advantage)

* Shift: General Shift

* Languages Required: English, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients and attendants

* Collaborate with doctors, nursing teams, facilitators, and internal departments for seamless patient care

* Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels

* Coordinate teleconsultations, appointments, admissions,



investigations, surgeries, and discharge processes

* Review medical records and facilitate treatment planning with specialists

* Assist with medical visa documentation, travel, accommodation, airport transfers, and interpreter services

* Maintain patient records and reports in the hospital management system

* Resolve patient concerns professionally and ensure high patient satisfaction

* Build solid relationships with referral partners, embassies, facilitators, and insurance providers

* Support international patient acquisition and medical tourism initiatives

* Monitor patient feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
